Balague was on Revista tonight spouting this bollocks about Barcelona 'abandoning what made them unique'.

Talking as if Barcelona are some kind of pure counter attacking team and have abandoned the principles of passing football the club has been built on.

He just ignores that fact that Barca even now have one of the top possession stats in europe.

He also goes on about abandoning La Masia when there are as many La Masia players in the squad as ever before and much more so than in the past.

Then going on to say Barcelona losing the 'More Than a Club' tag by making big money sigings.. the club has always done this.

Have heard so many people come out with this shit recently and the fact is the majority of them HATE the fact that Barcelona can evolve. They want Barca to be hampered by one style of play and to be hampered of not behaving like a business as other clubs do.

I usually switch off when he opens his gob. All I hear is "merr merr merr moo moo murrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr".

Incompetance at it's finest, let them waffle. Doing the rounds is a mistranslation in Iniesta's interview saying how he can't play with Xavi when it was more along the lines of he misses playing with Xavi. Then another about Messi leaving still yet out of Marca contradicts that saying he definitely won't leave. Listen too much and you'll lose your mind lol

He has been Sky Sports' spanish football correspondent for 10+ years. He is a journalist and also writes for AS.

He was talking a load of bollocks on yesterday's show. As said by JamDav, using the argument that Barca buy big names when in 2009, the heart of Pep's reign, they signed Zlatan for a ridiculous sum.

We have never won a Clasico he has reffed. He also was the ref for the deciding 1-1 game vs Atletico and that wrongfully disallowed goal.

Mateu Lahoz is a terrible ref, at best. At worst, conspiracies...
