When we are scoring 6 in a match Meta, please don't use the word luck because luck has nothing to do with it. The competition may not be great but don't take away the team's achievements with the word luck. It just isn't right. There is more bad luck in the game of football than good even though every once in a while, a ball goes through the wall, or takes an astonishing deflection and into the net, however our recent wins are anything but lucky.

your form and your luck are different things.

your form is how you are playing, which right now is devastatingly efficient.

but your luck is how decisions, deflections and the like are going for you. which they are right now and you can't deny that.

my point is, neither thing lasts forever. so while you are playing very well at the moment, these culés (and media pundits, tbh) shitting their pants/proclaiming you champions/etc. are incredibly premature. it's only october ffs!

Had Ranieri taken Inter, he would have ended second in the league, and now that Benitez is Inter's manager, he is struggling. Don't under estimate the difficulty of Serie A, because 7/10 managers in Calcio are more than capable of changing the styles about 3 times a game which is very difficult for a new manager.

ranieri is a perpetual loser, though. that's just how he rolls. so of course he'd have found a way to fuck it up. and rafa's suffering from mega-success hangover - like we would have done had we not swapped eto'o for zlatan. even then, he's done his best to try and change the situation without making any transfers, by making eto'o his new central striker and transforming the front 3 by using returning loanees. it's quite good, especially for rafa.

i dont see much difference with real last season, stylewise. they proved me wrong, i didnt think they would play this offensive but it's pretty much like last year, bombing the opponents and shocking them with ultra offensive.
mou obviously improved the defence so dont think that last years el clasico at madrid will happen again*

Real reason to real madrid wins so far i think its down to Xabi Alonso hitting form, his transition from defence to attack is the reason why real are getting so many chances. Plus him and carvalho are making sure joses ideas are implemented throughout the match. My two pence anyway.

Similar to what I said before, he needed his one year of readjusting. Phenomenal player when on form and if he continues this way, he will be in La Ligas top midfielders for sure. Part of it has to be his spot with Spain, he learned a lot of it with Del Bosque and is doing it again with Mourinho.

he's probably top 5 all-around though. along with xavi, iniesta, cesc and essien.

defensively busquets is more intelligent. there's a reason for why del bosque made this amazing quote:
"If I had to opportunity to pick one football player that I would be, it would be Sergi Busquets of FC Barcelona"

xabi is indeed a better individualist than busquets, but don't underrate the amount of fluency busq brings to the game of FC Barcelona. he was one of the main reason why they played so good in 2-2 against arsenal, MoM for barcelona imo after zlatan.

still busquets keeps masch out of the starting eleven?
who was substituted in the final vs Holland? was it busquets? NO xabi.
who kept sneijder quiet the whole match except for one instance? was it xabi? no busquets.

individually, xabi is better but for the team, busquets is. gerrard is a great individualist, but not a great teamplayer which is one of the reasons why england struggled mate.
