actually that's not that surprising. makes sense you'd launch the new project with your 3 spanish players/captains (DLR uncertainty, guti hades, michel gone).

although lass not having a number could be good for madrid coz it could mean that they're not sure of selling djila (I pray you do sell him).

Guti's number is also safe, he is the main reason for Ronaldo's arrival. Rumours say that Ronaldo may take number 69 though.

Higuain-Huntelaar can be a very fruitful partnership and I would personally give that a chance before shelling out £40m for Villa. Even though Villa is better than both, I still would give that partnership a try.

So beast Real want JM, tbh not surprised as he'd be perfect for you.
