i doubt sneijder will stay, but what's more, i doubt he will regain his old form. he's the next cicinho...brilliant until their serious injuries, but never regaining the form they had before. sneijder plays out of position, but he also plays with fear (at least that's the impression i get), just like cicinho when he came back.

Pep proved to be a smart cookie .. but is Txiki the same ?
a replacement for Silvinho is possible due to retirement i think Henrique & Caceres is enough to cover Milito .. and if E2 leave then a big star will replace him (poor Bojan ) ...
however it will be more players coming from the youth team me think

Well it is Txiki and Laporta's last year Beast so IMO they'll look to make a big splash, especially if they want Laporta's successor to have a strong starting point for the elections. They are going to want to ride him in on the success of these 2 years plus a couple of marquee signings IMO.

Perez so far look like the best bet & the most sensible agenda (can't believe i'm saying that ) ..
had huge hope for Platforma Blanca "Martinez Bravo " but picking crap manager Michel(I-play-my- crap-son-ahead-of-Mata-and-Granero) Gonzalez means despite what he said before when it comes to football he is a bigger fool then Perez will ever be..
Eduardo (Drogba-Bilic) Garcia is another one... this election will be a landslide for Perez.. at least the socio's could be behind someone 100 %

Of course you are he should call me Uncle (since i'm 5 years older then him ) ... he is just a rich young guy with Money..
u remember what happened the last time a rich kid put his hands on a club "cough * chelsea* cough

the problem is most of the guys of last elections are all Perez friends and support him.. even the outspoken Getafe President supported Perez 100 %

You reckon there's anything in Perez latest comments Beast apart from bravado and trying to unsettle Barça?

Nah just some old Macho Espanol/liga comments .. however u do know if the situation arise he will take advantage .. he is no Calderon. i mean if you go back a year ago and he was in charge during Dinho-Barca farce u bet he would step in and take him to Real..

i still have this bad feeling i wrote couple of month ago that he will try for Dinho .. somehow i feel it strongly .. whoever getting Dinho to work his ass is a totally different thing

The situation is reversed now..Its Laporta's last and Perez's first ...as opposed to the last time when i guess it was Perez's last and Laporta's first ...Promises to be an exciting summer in Spain!

Gio that might happen if Kaka and CR turn you down perhaps..Just to show to the fans that he can still pull of a Marquee signing....

i think he will look to it from a different area.. he is the cheapest shirt seller in the market who still has like 3 years of football in him .. however smart people would easily get a grip on who is calling the shots from the signings..
i don't think it's logical to buy Kaka-CR.. yes he can pull them if things are as rosy as we hear .. but nobody can tell ..
i don't think Valdano & Zidane are puppets this time around.. the strong presence of Ribery & Valencia name ahead of CR can indicate a different direction including the buy back of Negredo & Granero

How can CR not be logical...You can get the money paid for him back in a year or two..he will have good shirt sales..He wants Real Madrid probably because of the 50pc image rights you might give compared to the none @ Utd..Moreover Real can benefit from atleast 1,00,000 plastic Mancs becoming Madridstas after that surely:D..Ribery is a sure signing for Real considering Zidane..I am not sure about Valencia havent watched much of him..

I can't exactly claim to watch Wigan week in week out but I watch Match of the Day and Sky Sports and haven't seen much of Valencia that makes him so good that Man U and Madrid apparantely want to sign him. He has never challenged for individual awards or been particularly high up the goals or assists chart. Maybe I should watch him more carefully.

true we can but the team need more then just one player in the team if we are going to challenge in Europe
to simplify it .. u can have CR in Portugal and still come short of qualifying or be Man U and have power in numbers and bench ..
CR is a brilliant player i personally value him but he won't turn water into wine nor will Messi.. proper reinforcement means Real should get 8-10 players divided between midfield (especially attacking ones ) , forwards 1 or 2 and defense..
i said before if it's between Kaka & CR i'll blindly chose Kaka.. unless Perez has some evil plan to cough/milk 200 Million + for players (which he can ) buying Cristiano and 1-2 players is a waste of money.. CR couldn't help his national team and Messi couldn't stop Argentina getting slaughtered .. it's a team game not a player game
we should get a minimum of 7 players.. and i have to chose between getting CR + Kaka + Xabi (for example ) or getting Valencia-Ribery-Gourcuff-Zapata-Negredo- Granero -Piatti .. i'll chose the later without a doubt

excellent player , excellent dribbling technique /crossing ability & pace ...Man U may look to him as a CR replacement if he leave

well, the claims coming from both AS and MARCA the other day was, that pérez is looking to present himself wiht four cracks as the base of his project. those four players were in both cases kaka', CR and villa, whereas MARCA had ribéry and AS xabi alonso as the fourth. today both claim that pérez has agreed a deal with kaka' and MARCA say ribéry is up next.

i think we could seriously look at having all those at madrid by the end of the summer, especially when you read between the lines of pérez' press conference and do the math

- they have to make in one year the work of three => we know he loved signing one crack every single year...three cracks this summer (CR, kaka', ribéry and villa)??? with one being a bonus, kinda like a thank you or i'm sorry to have left the last time gift
- cristiano ronaldo is among the best player. the best players have to play for real madrid => just do the math.

now, wether he gets all of them in the end, remains to be seen. but i'm pretty damn sure, he'll a least try for all of those. one reason why i'm quite positiv about the sale of all dutchies. VDV could smoothen ribérys deal, the hunter could smoothen CR, ruud maybe kaka' since milan love the old.
who knows...however it looks to become a really buisy summer and it's already fun to talk and speculate about it:D
