Let's see how he preform in Europe Sergio in his next season , cause i don't trust the level in Serie A last year that much
he was shocking against United in the CL same vs Inter in the league .
As i said it's my evaluation of him in the first year , he could be your best defender but that doesn't make him a great defender in comparison to other names on the table

I take your point Beast. However, I think RM are in a highly pressurised position in that they have to surpass an excellent Barca side who have proven themselves one of the very best teams over the past couple of years. Carvalho might be old and not one for the future but Madrid demand results now. Experienced players like Carvalho could have a very useful, short-term role for Madrid as they attempt to meet the demands and pressure heaped on them by recent Barca dominance.

You could be right of course but i think at this stage and with the managers we trusted i think he will do what he feels is right
whether is Carvalho or other u can bet the team will be stronger under his guidance at least mentally which what brought us down in Europe the last couple of years

Someone explain to me why we need a CB when we don't have a capable LB, Ramos could play in the middle with Arbeloa on the right (all with potential LB transfer) and Garay could improve just in case one of the first two gets injured ? Why are the priorities kinda messed up ? Wouldn't it be better to get someone from Castilla to be the 4th CB, allow Garay to sub and go for a LB ?

Well i said 2 month ago after last summer spending we won't be spending like crazy contrast to what the English press kept feeding everyone 50 mil this -50 million that.
we don't have that amount of cash and Jose said he won't be buying for crazy amounts
all we bought was squad players on the rise , the most expensive was Di Maria and we will have another 20ish player as well .. probably Maicon or the CB if Maicon failed
apart from that we are still trying to reach a mutual fee between what Stuttgart is requesting (15 ) and what we are offering (10 ) Valdano was in Germany 4 days ago sitting with the club and that's it
unless the sales bring in big amounts but i will still doubt that we will fish for more players , Mourinho is using the youth atm and they just renewed our boy Sarabia based on Aitor suggestion to Jose .
Kolarov evaluation by the club is 15 Mil tops , Lazio wanted more and City offered it he was one of the players we were interested in but not for 20 especially with the midfield needing attention

gleb played quite a bit, to be honest. as did chygrynskiy before the camp nou booed him.

caceres, henrique and keirrison didn't play at all. and they weren't pep's signings. a coincidence?
