I specifically remember one time, just one, when he played well last season. And it was when he mainly just focused on making tackles and laying off the ball quickly. If you ask him to do anything more than that he'll suck.

Yeah that was it, but now that i'm looking back at it Rafinha/Rakitic were on the field so he was a DM, the runs forward had me fooled

I think he need to be our starting CM from now on with our injuries .will take him in midfield with Busquets over Mascherano-Busquets partnership

He maybe a RB, but yeah, it's better him in midfield than Mascherano.

Very good performance both at RB and MF from him, and the only one together with Neymar who I felt really gave it his all and worked his ass off. Was composed wherever he was on the pitch, and when he had the ball something good usually followed it.
That headed block when he was on the ground was fantastic, and probably saved what would've been an easy tap-in goal from... Iborra wasn't it?
