Use the occam's razor, it makes much more sense.
If he isn't called, that is because Lucho and probably other coaches aren't satisfied with him.
"Keeping" him in Bteam because he is the best, for his own good, for him to learn to play on a new position etc is highly unlikely.

He probably stayed in B team to develop though ,could have easily accepted any crappy offer for his loan but we wanted him to stay
So technically both are right .he is with B team because he isn't good enough for 1st team football,and because it is the best for him to develop

Some stupid excuses used for the likes of Alen, Gumbau and others while for Samper he apparently need to be on the B team even though he's been there longer and performed better than those mentioned.

Not like the club make rational decisions all the time. Can only see how the Grimaldo/Adriano situation have been handled.

The club wasn't forced to loan or sell Sandro either but he was promoted,your argument can be made for every B team player from last year who has stayed

Also I am not sure what excuses has been made for those duo ? Gumbau is the most hated player in the team I've seen in the past decade and it is insane tbh ,even Douglas who cost us 4M don't get as much hate as him
last year most people thought Alen was overrated while Samper was the guy everyone Likes ,he was the guy everybody made excuses for .
Vinyals is idiot ,the team is bad ,why Lucho don't use him over S.Roberto.and then why he wasn't promoted ,why Lucho don't put him in training and finally it became Lucho hating the kid (the same Lucho who gave him a start in CL )
And frankly ,Alen has silent critics more than Samper .seem those who believed in him more had some ground for what they were saying

Had Rafinha not been injured he may well have been used in front three ahead of Sandro/Munir as well.

They could have kept Adama even ahead of Sandro.

When Pedro signed a new contract at the end of last season both parties agreed he could leave if somebody paid the lowered buy-out clause. It's the only reason why he signed the renewal. Both Munir and Sandro were promoted to add options up front. There's no point in acting they got promoted based on merit, they were promoted because it was absolutely necessary.

DonAK said Samper is still in the B team because he didn't have an automatic promotion clause, then Khaled replied Sandro didn't have one either but he still made it to the first team. Based on last season, it was pretty clear who Enrique would promote. I don't think he ever entertained the possibility of other players than sandro and munir.

Munir is in the same boat as Sandro. Only promoted because there were limited options. Rafinha was never good on the wings, but let's add him as #4 because he is indeed an option. Deulofeu got kicked out of the squad by Lucho in pre-season one season ago, there was no way he was coming back. Halilovic had an automatic promotion clause so that still doesn't make sense in the point that Khaled was trying to make.

So, once again, Messi, Neymar, Suarez & Rafinha as attacking options was never going to happen. So there's no need to try and act that Samper is in the B team while Sandro is in the first team because the latter deserved it more.
