His defending was shite as usual.
Some get too swayed but the way he can win balls early but that leaves huge holes when doesnt come off and his positioning to protect CBs was as ever terrible.
Second goal and same situation multiple times they had far too much space.
The top DMs dont charge about trying to win ball leaving gaps like that.
If anything he was better later on when Bayern stopped pushing forward and just sat in.
How anyone can claim he was good in that first half is brilliant. Gave away ball in bad areas and passing was terrible. Winning ball back early a few times doesnt make a good game.
He could barely fucking move to get on ball or do much when go it.

Nah he has a unique skill set of 38 passes at 80% that makes him irreplaceable. No one else can pass ball like that...

Hope he leaves to MLS in Jan. Otherwise this is a rare time i hope some of our players gets injured till the end of season, but that's a slim (hoho) chance with this guy. Can't play professional football, doesn't, and thus never gets injured.
There's no way we have even slightest chance of progressing through the CL into advanced stages, if get out of the group, with this retiree on the pitch as a starter.

Said it before but he is hiding as cant move... hiding from the normal roles of a DM both offensively and defensively.
He looks like a sub GK trying to play DM the way he moves... probably most of them could move better than him.

Fuck knows. He is either completely unable to make decisions or he is shit scared of actually trying to do the job of a DM and actually protect a defence.
Will struggle to find a more absurd action by a DM which directly resulted in a goal from area he should have been in.
But never mind as comms think he played well and wont have mentioned how woeful he was in that action.
He did same multiple times but they didnt score from it.

Defenders could have done better but they are all scrambling and trying to make decisions on whether to come for ball or not that would never have to make if had an actual DM in position on front of them.
It fucks up whole shape team should be defending in.
Never mind he wins ball back a few times when he does these things and some lap it up.
