For the most part, that's part of Barça's formula- calm under pressure. Might make the team appear a bit complacent when they don't have the ball at the wrong times (i.e. getting back for a counterattack, defending crosses), but it's the reason the passing is rarely errant and the possession is so good. Think of the rest of the team: Iniesta, Xavi, Messi, Pique, Pedro, Alves, Valdes: all extremely calm compared to most other players when under pressure. Barta is coming along in the same mode. Abidal was also.
Cesc and Neymar are calmer than they should be, given they don't handle being pressed well.
Sanchez, Alba, and Masch are a level below, but they are also among the fastest players on the team and operate at a higher tempo. Messi and Pedro are really exceptional in being able to operate at a high speed while maintaining a calm head.
