That’s not how this works. The person was born with XY chromosomes, therefore has male traits advantageous in sports. Was also banned from the 2023 World Championship in boxing for having elevated levels of testosterone.

IBF didn't confirm that and didn't publish results.
They just claimed she has XY without saying the basis of it, it is just guess work from journalists who claim they "just know"

Easy win on CAS then. CAS is the way to appeal abusive decisions like that. If they did happen.

They already disclosed that it was a chromosome test. I mean, connect the dots a bit, the only reason why the athlete would look like a man is if she has male genes. Not surprising that the blood test concurs.

You said in some previous post that a chromosome test is fair. You discredit the chromosome test of IBF as corrupted. But the IOC didn't even do the test at all. They got her admitted as a woman based on her passport lol. That's ok to you?

This entire saga smells like a political inclusion thing. They let someone with male genetical advantages to beat up women in Olympics.

Also, about CAS, so the CAS is judging this case and is gonna give their verdict if the ban by IBF was abusive or not? I mean surely they can do a chromosomal test again and see if it's XY or XX.

Can you share the source. A one that was made in 2023.

Every credible source I've seen said that IBF refused to disclose it at the end. With journalists guessing, some right wings claimed it was chromosomal tests only based on Gerard Romero type of sources.

And every women has male genes, and has more testosterone than her female hormones. WTF are you talking about.
Do you think those female weightlifters look like females without male features?
FFS, even those beach volleyball women that people are drooling about has the bodies and faces of 17 years old boys.

And Chromosomal tests is fair if they are on everyone.

1- Each side of this can change the goal post. First check genitals, but then one side will say what if she changed sexes? let's go for chromosomal tests and we go in full circles.
There is no such thing as "sex change". Mutilated penis is still a penis and it would be clearly visible in x-ray. Also uterus.
2-The second, it will be humiliating for those athletes if it is done on them, and in such case it will have to be done on everyone. This will get uncomfortable very easily. It will start with few girls, then an argument can be made why it is on them only, then it will be made on every lady, then it will turn to actually being real misogyny, then you have to do it on men too.
Don't see a problem with that that. Clown world - clown rules.

Phelps was a man competing against other men. The Algerian boxer has XY chromosomes and is competing against other women due to far-left political correctness.

No comparison whatsoever
So now you can be born with a vagina and not be a woman... interesting.

On 24 March 2023, IBA Secretary General & CEO at the time, George Yerolimpos, informed both Khelif and Lin about their exclusion from the Championships for not meeting the eligibility criteria. The athletes received a copy of their testing and were informed about the possibility of appealing to the CAS within 21 days.

I don't think anyone is disputing she should be banned if she has a penis. That is not in dispute and nobody is arguing that.

We don't know exactly the details of it but I can assure you nobody is arguing she should be allowed to compete with male genitalia and she doesn't have any.

These claims were still being ignored by the Olympics in the name of inclusion rather than focusing on fairness for female athletes who do not have genetic advantages.

Also the IBF did not post details about the tests to protect the Algerian’s medical privacy. If they would have released test results, they would have been criticized too. Can’t win, right?

So, it is as I said. No one knows the testing is beside the athletes?

No, there are rules they have to stick to it.
Both athletes met the rules, with normal testing that they had to take. Nothing that warranted it at all.
They weren't ignored, they were tested just like everyone else. No special treatment, no evidence of such claims

The Olympics clearly didn’t follow the same admittance criteria as the IBF when they allowed said athlete to compete against other females despite having genetic advantages.

Just create a separate category for those who fall in between or deliberately manipulate their bodies to gain traits of the opposite sex. That takes care of it all: inclusion and fairness. 💥👌
