Marketability is hogwash, shit beyond crap.
Barca's commercial revenue in 2011/12 was 186,9M vs Real's 187,2M, a massive difference of 300.000 euro

you do love talking about real breaking the 500m point as if its sonera great feet but when you are the club that's been making the highest revenues in the world for years it no big surprise.

as it relates to value it doesn't real mean much someone may well buy Madrid for 10b and barca for 1. but at the end of. the day barca doubled their value in one year and its only going to go up.
so again in what way are Madrid far more marketAble than us. they are but not by much and that's down. to them having a head start on us and being better at it.
but the real numbers don't show Madrid being far more marketAble than us, unless the world stop moving in 2000 .

so after you have been proven wrong in real terms. after taking about revenues and commercial revenues you have return to something as abstract as value. you you had to say was Madrid is more marketAble than barca but as always you try to over. sell and go too far.
the only teams that are far more marketable than barca are as i said bayern and man utd.
Madrid have a small advantage on us nothing more.
also note how they were just. 20m a head of us in "value" in 2012 and jumped in 2013, its all in how one measures "value" its has no real impact and moves for all different kind of reasons.
for example i a sure with the signing of. neymar our v "value" will jump next season.
which will not translate into us getting much more commercial revenues next season

Here's the revenues for Barca and Madrid. Barcelona has surpassed Madrid on the commercial side (although no one can be 100% sure about the accounting done by the clubs there) while Madrid still make the higher revenue.

if a business it to come to Madrid and offer them a $1 to associate their name with Madrid they would offer barca 98 cents to a $1 as well, the same business would offer man u a $1.5 and if its a global brand bayern would get offer less than all 3 but would make up and pass 2/3 clubs with domestic deals.
