Xavi has not been on form mostly due to his injury, that doesn't necessarily mean he is past it. He is still a great player, why is it sad that he got the assist?? Thiago is our future, nobody except Tito will deny that!

Xavi isn't past it, and his career can be extended even further if a better rotation with Thiago is created. Don't waste him in useless games against weak opponents or rush him back from injury. And I actually like Tito bringing him on in the last 10 minutes. He calms the flow and restores order and that could be useful next year, in matches he doesn't need to start.

Yes he has been bad, but still he is a great player and he still has some gas left to play. One assist won't change anything, don't fret over that please. Xavi is NOT stealing Thiago's thunder.

He is slowing down our play and avoids risky passes. How can someone not see that?
