Thiago is clearly not for DM,seriously does he have any defensive abilities?hes not like Schweinsteiger who is very good at both attacking and defending,he is an attacking type of midfielder only.Nothing to do with DM

but it doesnt matter what we think about him as DM, i am just talking about how pep sees it.

It seems to be a very confusing situation,he has many options.At least lets wait before talking about Thiago,theres nothing official yet

It looks like it's officially over for united because Moyes just admitted that thiago was not a target for us,looks like it was all a smokescreen created by pep his brother and mazhino....Moyes also said that discussion with our targets are going well,I'm certain he's in for average everton players

Thiago is very complete, very solid defensively. He has played on Busi's position on quite a few occasions and he performed well.

In the second half of the season in 12 / 13 Thiago has played 1102 minutes under Tito.

Yes, he was considering MU. Moyes is just saying that now to not look the fool. Someone would have denied it earlier if not. Its been going on for a month. Thiago just was holding out for BM while stringing MU along. Now MU doesn't want to look foolish.

Yeah, but overall he played less minutes, he didn't start important games ( with Pep he started on the Club World Cup final, despite being in his first year at the first team) and most of the games he played when it was clear that we will win the league. But most importantly Cesc's dip in form didn't translate in more minutes for him. Plus he is at an age, where he needs more minutes to add maturity and confidence in his game, in order to grow and reach the next level.
