Yeah, False 7 is good description. Luis Enrique was the same. An RW without top speed with only above average passing, dribbling and crossing (no obvious weaknesses either), but with uncanny ability to score very important goals and generally being in the right place at the right time.

TBH its probably bullshit, but I'd rather him than Bale considering last season and Muller has an amazing injury record. His football IQ is amazing something which cannot be shown on youtube/fifa and therefore will be under appreciated by some.
