How is leaving a club for more playing time and better treatment at a club in another league betrayal?

Just like Kroos is getting better treatment now in another club in another league. Doesn't have to compete with a traitor like Thiago in the same team for example.

Kroos didn't leave for more playing time, he was getting enough of that at Bayern (he was basically a starter). Not to mention Bayern treated him very well compared to how we treated Thiago. Oh, and Thiago didn't insult his old club right after leaving. Again, completely different situations.

But Pep played Kroos in a game where they lost 0-4 at home in a CL semi-final. That's very bad treatment. Some people would call it "getting anal stuffed". Thiago was protected from such things at Barca. :eusa_think:

3-0 loss at home vs Bayern. Thiago played. :eusa_think:

Give the lad a chance. Hes saving it for 2016 when its revealed that Mazinho's life long dream was to play in Madrid.

Well, he already said he wouldn't have a problem with such a switch. So there is a possibility.

Thiago played enough for a 21-year-old. He didn't contest the important games but he was very young so it's understandable.

If Rafinha didn't play every CL game and all Clásicos this season, would you say the club treated him unfairly?

Anyway, it's an old issue so we better let it go. People will always have different opinions about his departure.

He didn't play enough considering that the league was won by December (and won officially with 4 games left, of which he didn't start a single game) and that during the second half of the season, Cesc was out of form and Xavi was constantly injured. Not to mention he barely got half the minutes he got in the previous season.

He is not a traitor. Not even close.

Kroos for 30 is absolutely what one would expect.
If Lewandowski would had moved to Bayern last season, the selling price would have been 30 mio. as well.
Kroos is a CL winner and WC winner and even a tad younger and ableit of a different position he's still of the same calibre.

neymar in turn didn't prove anything. He was just a popular face and was the best player in the shitty Brazilian league as well as the best player in an average national team, while excelling in the Confetti cup, a cup nobody in Europe ever gave a single crap about while also having the home advantage (climate!).

If you compare these facts, I have no idea how 57 mio. are supposedely a great deal. 17 would indeed have been a freat deal.

Do you even market? How many clubs were after Kroos? Real & no-CL United. How many were after Neymar? Also, strikers always cost more. Great knowledge bro.

After Kroos: Real, United, Bayern, allegedly Barca (for a short time).
After Neymar: Barca, Real.
