...I seriously thought epl fans is the worst but Real madrid fanboys are the scum of earth...They haven't even played the final yet and their already champions arrogant just like the team...They propably will go on to win it which just sickens me cause they have never lost a champions league final that is the one thing that sucks...

They've been runners up 3 times. Unless you're only talking about the current format.

courtesy..... @goal- the site that's blocked

In each of the previous three finals held at San Siro, the "home" team has emerged victorious, with Inter, Feyenoord and Bayern Munich overcoming Benfica, Celtic and Valencia respectively

And it's Real this time!

The last two times the CL final was an all-Spain affair... It was Real who won it. And guess what, Real was the home team both the times!

...Yes current format it does not bode well for Athletico...If Real win it and Athletico has an off day it has to be the easiest win of all time...They really did not have to break a sweat and dnt say Wolfsburg...So far from top 5 in Bundesliga they even let Real of the hook so many times...Any team would have reached the final even Arsenal if they had Reals lucky draws...Pisses me off every year they get crap...I bet next year also...

What a shitty competition they've done after they implemented the new drawing system after each knock out phase...

Never ever have I seen a team this disinterested in winning a cl semi final. Bunch of individuals who only cared about their paycheck. Even during the half time tunnel cam RM players were happy and encouraging each other while City playerd sat there like they didn't give a fuck. Not only us but Juve and Benfica should've been there instead of City. Disgrace to football.

To be honest, I watch ManC like once in a blue moon (no pun intended), but when I do they always seem disinterested and going through the match with the brakes on to me. Rarely have I seen them actually living up to their strength on paper. Yesterday's "performance" was just the icing on the turd cake for me.

Pep will have to do some heavy consolidation over there next season.

Pep will change around half of their starting XI. I expect them to invest 250-300M in 7 or 8 new players. It was time to do something as this team has clearly got old and lost their step, especially Yaya and their defense. They've already invest in forward positions last year with KDB and Sterling, now they also need to rebuild defense and midfield.

About the game yesterday. Totally expected, I was only surprised it ended only 1-0 but in no moment I actually believed City could go through. For the final - in Cholo we trust. Let's do it, Atleti!

Ehm...what? They are pretty much the same as they have always been under Simeone, a giant pain to play against, difficult to beat, lethal at setpieces/counters. So, they suddenly just achieved a much higher level i wasnt aware of, when?

I didn't say their style has changed. Their squad is younger and better than the 2014 one though.

Also they were missing both Arda and Diego Costa for the final.

I'm just hoping they get to the final with Godin, Griezman and Carrasco all healthy.. then they'd have a big chance of winning it.

It's the same, really. What difference does it make if there's one draw with the path to the final, or several draws after each phase? None. As long as it's based on randomness luck plays a big part.

Even the epl fanboys have started to acknowledge now that la liga has been superior in these past few years.

the branding is hilarious; "the best league in the world" to stuff like "the league of late goals", "the most entertaining", "the most competitive". Honestly Sky are an embarrassment. Leicester winning it on a Monday night was the ultimate culmination of the shitshow they are.

Actually, Costa was subbed off injured 10 minutes after the kick-off.

Ten minutes when he hobbled around clearly injured as was always going to be the case as he was going to be nowhere near fit.

Costa was missing from that Aletico team probably in a worse way than had he not started.
