What we see from the team today is the logical conclusion of letting standards drop and constantly insisting your team has done no wrong when they lose, it could only be the referees or just silly mistakes of the players, then when shit hits the fan and becomes catastrophic you start blaming the players for playing badly and losing focus.
Maybe they wouldn't be if their bad habits had been picked up on and corrected rather than letting them blame the referees or bad luck or pitch grass for losses.

Bring in someone temp for now and than try and get a proper manager in the summer.
25 losses is almost a full season . This guy is getting more unwanted records than any other manager. He reminds me of Souness who destroyed Liverpool back in the day.

The sooner he is sacked the better we have nothing else to really play for except the CL and he hasn't fared too well in that so bring in someone else, someone with a decent CV and experience.
Still find it funny that this guy's talent ID ended up being worse than Bartos. Sold off parts of the club to spend shitloads on mediocre players while in extreme financial hardship. Amazing decision making by xavi and co.
