    FC Barcelona B (Barça Atlètic)

He was never going to be promoted, but he was likely going to get called up more often as a backup.

    Pedro Rodriguez

Reminds me of Mekki and Mukker

    FC Barcelona B (Barça Atlètic)

From what I could tell, it was always the board's intention for him to stay, but Adriano's departure would have definitively locked him in as staying.

    FC Barcelona B (Barça Atlètic)

Grimaldo is staying with the B team.

    Alen Halilović

If we loan him he'll probably get the Deulofeu treatment by the loan club and would be sold permanently anyways.

    Claudio Bravo

In training they are required to run. This is fact. Just because they're standing around in the game doesn't mean they're not expected to be fit. They have to do all the running exercises, all the stretching exercises, and all the workouts just the same as any other player. Just go watch some of...

    Pedro Rodriguez

It went from 150m to to 30m. The contract renewal seems to have been explicitly to lower his release clause. I don't have a source on Lucho saying it as I was under the impression he confirmed it in an interview.

    Pedro Rodriguez

It has been confirmed by both Lucho and Pedro as well as being reported by all major Catalan papers. It is definitely real.

Anytime Chelsea and Mourinho suffer is as great as seeing Barca win. David Luiz hitting that header was heaven for me  That's actually more than his buyout clause, so there's no way.

    Pedro Rodriguez

Them being a contender for the title means they have a chance of winning it, not that they're a favorite to win it. If I wanted to suggest they're the favorite, I'd have just said that. Team performance bonuses don't only have to involve winning the trophy. And yeah, the rest of the discussion...

    FC Barcelona B (Barça Atlètic)

It's promising but one has to keep in mind their opposition plays in leagues even lower than the 3rd division.

    Pedro Rodriguez

When you put it that way, it would be. For some reason I was thinking it'd be goals scored or something along those lines. Even still though, if they decide they don't favor him the negative result could be they opt to just give him the same treatment we've been giving him, especially if he...

You listed one team that they maybe can't compete with. Arsenal and Man City are shit and love to drop huge points to weaker opposition. That makes United a contender, even if they don't win. Just as Atletico is a contender every season despite it being unlikely that they'll actually pull it off.

    Pedro Rodriguez

Team based performances are probably quite a bit better. Man United are more likely to be a major contender for the title than Pedro is to turn into the Spanish Messi...

    Adriano Correia Claro

This is what happens when he plays two games in a row. Nothing out of the ordinary. We've got Roma literally begging us to sell them our trash and we're telling them no

    Sergi Roberto

The moment I realized Roberto was playing RB is still one of the funniest things I remember from the past few seasons.

    Pre-season: International Champions Cup

So is Adriano injured? Not too surprising, he's played a couple of games in a row and he is made of glass, after all. Roberto for RB confirmed?

    FC Barcelona B (Barça Atlètic)

The 3rd division might be exactly where a player like Dongou belongs, ironically. The 2nd division was far too strong for him.
  19. Z

    Sergi Samper

Lucho will decide whether to promote him or loan him after preseason. Returning to the B team doesn't seem to be an option.

    Pedro Rodriguez

I'm sorry, but... That really made my morning for some reason. Thanks.
