You mean a short-term back up who is good enough to withstand a few games until Bravo is back? Who is available?

How about a long-term replacement? Who is available?

Barca have survived for years without two world class GKs and all the top clubs in the world survive without two world class keepers.

Barca would be fine and find a suitable back up don't worry.

Almost impossible to keep two world class keepers happy.

I really don't care about a record fee or whatever, I care about finding and retaining talent and I think MAtS is a keeper.

And mazp, I don't think Leno is better.

He most definitely is a keeper....

But it is so difficult to keep two top class keepers happy. Would you rather keep him unhappy or cash in for 27m.

27m worth of keeper on the bench is a lot of unused value!

Really JamDav? If it was between Stegen and Bravo. Bravo would get the axe from me. But many BF members would rather think short term.

He won 2 trophies,in his first season, one of which being the CL playing all games of both competitions.Keepers would kill to be in a team that has a good chance to win the CL. He will still be playing those now and has a good chance of winning one or both of them.Livepool will never win anything for the next 5 years.Maybe one trophy if they are lucky.I don't think he is stupid to leave us for liverpool.

Hope this is all bullshit, can't imagine a sane board even considering selling MATS, a young GK already proven in UCL, with the footwork that is required for a Barca keeper.

No way in hell we're selling him, no way in hell we are loaning him either, no way we're risking a Pinto situation all over again.

MATS like a true professional will play his best in the allocated games he has.

These types of discussion do nothing but destabilize our team and the timing sucks as we are just going through the motions, in terms of football.

We must keep Ter Stegen! He makes mistakes like every young player, I remember how many mistakes De Gea made in his first season with Man Utd and look at him now. Trust and time is what he needs. Bravo is 31 and soon Ter Stegen's time will come. For now he a kepper in CL and cup matches but I'm sure soon he will also play in league games. But if he goes I think Leno would be perfect replacment. Or perhaps try and sign De Gea.
