It's not a good deal for us in the sense that it strengthens a direct rival. That part is worrying. He didn't work out for us, but for AM playing behind Suarez, he is ideal fit.

Going from Correa to Griezman is a tremendous improvement.

I like AM's front 4-5 with Carrasco, Griezmann, Suarez, Llorente and Correa.

Saul has his age and reputation on his side so I believe we could still get some money for him if it doesn't work out, but strengthening Atletico again is certainly not ideal.

Unless we've worked out a formula with Messi's extension and removing Griezmann's wages where we now can register all of our new signings + Messi and potentially sign a CB or LB if Coutinho, Umtiti fuck off too.
