Arthur

Sarri is gonna make Arthur a world class deep lying playmaker.

Wait till you guys see Pjanic wages here. Y'all gonna cry.

But hey, Pjanic is gonna boss for one season and maybe Club30 has one final CL push next year before Barto leaves the new board in the shitter with high wages, old men and ugly wags. It is what it is.

Considering Sarri is a fraud, unlikely.

It's a better version of Jorginho and we saw how good he become under El Sarri.

Not sure Arthur is better than Jorghino.... but Jorghino under Sarri at Chelsea was average and never been world class even if was decent at Napoli.

It will be type of player they are looking for but Jorghino type is not what Barca need if that is what Arhur is being seen as.

I get the Jorginho comparisons but not sure why Juve need him. They have no problems in possession from what i've seen. More problems similar to ours in delivering that final ball or assist.

They have no one that seems to fit that passing and keeping ball moving role that Jorghino has done for him in past.

Pjanic doesnt seem to like it or fit it.

It is basically what Arthur does.

Yeah, I’m just not sure that’s what Juve need from what I’ve seen.

Every time I watch them they’re usually in the oppositions half got them penned in, but can’t seem to deliver a good pass/assist.

Their frontline is as dysfunctional as ours. If they dont make some changes up front I dont think Arthur will look good for them (like Pjanic right now).

For us this deal is only decent if it get things rolling, aka make other transfers possible (like Lautaro). Financially these accounting deals have to catch up with us sooner or later though.

If I have to guess Pjanic will look excellent for 2 seasons and then fall of a cliff - with Arthur finding his feet at Juventus and make us look downright stupid.

In a perfect world we would get rid of Rakitic and possibly even Vidal too (although I am against it because he is useful as a sub).

De Jong, Pjanic, Busi, Riqui, Thiago (?) and Vidal next season.

Let's get this money!

Yeah agree. Don’t see how a passing/possession type player changes anything for them. We’ll see.

Hope you’re right about Pjanic been good for us.

This transfer has no impact on them fixing their front line is is just another issue in the team to play Sarri style.

Any changes they plan to make to front line wont be impacted by this. If anything it gives them more room on books to do it.

This is probably the dumbest decision we ever made. Pjanic isn't even a good fit and even if he was he is well past his prime. Bartomeu is probably Madridista in disguise. What a bunch of morons. The worst of all is that they are doing this deal to balance the books in the first place. :shakeshead:
