It's the conclusions the club drew. Who knows what's in the full report. They didn't even let the club's own compliance officer see it or investigate the matter.
In any case the socis are entitled to full transparency, something this board have never believed in.
It is not in the club's best interest for that sort of information to go public regardless of potential wrongdoing. Lots of sensitive and confidential information is likely in such a report.
It should be examined by a court and if there is enough indicting material then charges could be brought up by the parties violated if they so choose to. All our players and former coaches are pretty well off and all have lawyers and agents that could get access to the report if they wanted to. Have no issue with the socis seeing a redacted version of it either.
Not interested in the whole report being published and the club being pressed about unrelated matters in the report that have to do with loopholes and minor laws that we may have violated based on different interpretations etc. Nothing good can come out of it unless you want to see us transfer banned again by UEFA whom are eager to flex their muscles after getting humiliated in the courts by Man City lawyers.
