Rudiger !!!

Having previously been linked with Andres Christiansen and Cesar Azpilicueta, 'transfer insider' Dean Jones claims Barca are now interested in Antonio Rudiger as well.

I have a feeling he will end up in Madrid. In the highlights he looks a bit top heavy (offensive minded) so perhaps at Barcelona he would be groomed for one of those AML/AMR slots. Pace doesn't look fantastic though.

I get your point though and don't disagree. Madrid can't seem to find a slot for Brahim Diaz, nor Odegaard before, and this guy looks to have that kind of profile.

His pace is blistering when he sets off for goal

Why not buy whole Chelsea and make it a farm team for Barca? Abramovich is selling. Easy business.

Laporta met with Mino Raiola to try to change the Haaland situation, since Real Madrid and Man City are serious and prepared to offer a lot of money. Barcelona are trying to fight thanks to Laporta's great relationship with Raiola.

🚨| FC Barcelona are currently leading the race to sign Pablo Torre [regarded as ?the next Pedri?], ahead of Real Madrid; the influence of Xavi is key.

Rudiger is almost too good for us, and would want a team that competes for the biggest titles right now, not in 2-3 years.

If we land Haaland (by saving on spending money on defense; still huge if but the recent 7-8 games are a great selling point about Barca IMO), Rudiger's head should be turned in our direction. Because that means we are in contention (not as favorites but among the top 3-4 teams) come next season.

Rudiger and Haaland in the summer? Sorry, but I don't see how we make that happen.

I think next season is gonna be low cost too, while Xavi works hard to improve our existent young stars.

Two or three signings let's say it includes rudiger and we are back competing on all fronts.

I agree, but big signings. Not players on a free, or low cost because they are old and/or their teams don't need them.

Also, don't neglect goalkeepers. Liverpool didn't win shit until they got rid of Karius.

Haaland, Rudiger and Onana and we can compete hard.

also when the fuck did rudiger get so hyped?

lampard didnt rate him at all and was ready to be sold even 4th choice at times

his rating on fifa has always been between 81-83 and never really anything special.

Is his reported world class salary demands all based on one good tuchel season where they finished 4th?

EHHHH

No one is saying Rudiger or some of these prospects like Christensen are Maldini and Nesta.

It's relative to the absolute clownshow we have at the CB position - Penalty merchant Lenglet, Eric "soyboy" Garcia, Bumtiti, and a geriatric Pique.
