Some "wild" details might have been made up, but I don't doubt that there was some sort of stuff going on in the Bayern dressing room, given what Neuer and Lahm (I believe) had recently said, efforts to shift the focus to something else. To me that is basically a sigh of acknowledging (at least not outright denying) that stuff happened.
Of course Bayern would have denied everything, even if everything reported by the media had actually happened.

BILD is basically comparable to The Sun. They love character assassination, Vidal is an easy target because he had a former enfant terrible image and people wouldn't be surprised if it was true. To make it even sweeter, Bayern is club that generates clicks. They usually don't react to the million wild stories written about them, only to those that go too far. We could say that there is a fire where there is smoke, the tensions in the dressing room might actually be a thing, but the rest about Vidal's supposed payslip, (of which noone seems to have a photo of), thsoe overweight stories or his partying habits are most likely just the casual media stuff (or at least 2 of the three are).
