By scoring the winner?

tbf then that was earlier in the game. He was quite shit before that or well...he was crap the entire game and messing up all the time, but won a penalty and scored and won them the game.

He's having a hard time this season eh? To me he's performing the same way he did last season, meaning being anonymous for most of the game and sometimes popping up with a goal or an assist. People bring up the titles he won but in my opinion he wasn't even responsible for any of their successes. He doesn't have the technique to truly stand out in La Liga and pace and power only takes you so far.

Nowhere near worth the price Real Madrid paid and by the looks of if, they'll flog him and get Reus for a quarter of the price, which sadly will be a great bit of business for that lot.

Madrid's style of play has changed and Bale simply can't keep up. He is suited for counters not the technical passing style RM have adapted hence why he looks so lost out there. But when you pay 100me for a player, they will have to play regardless of how much they suck.

I still think Bale is a top player, and I still think he did the job last season.

People can be all sour and all because he's playing for RM, but you can't erase the fact they won the CL thanks to him.

I don't think anyone's bitter. It's clear we bought the better young talent, so there is nothing to be jealous of. They did win the CL but that's mainly down to the fact they have a WC squad that have been knocking on the door for a while and carlo put all the pieces togeher.

Sorry but Edmond's post is full of sh*t. It's like he was talking about an average Ligue 1 player. Come on.

Yea that particular post is bitter lol. Even though I'm glad we have Neymar, Bale's first season was incredible in terms of the role he had in winning CL and CDR.

I still think he is good for Madrid to have when they play on counters. He has been the type of player to quietly do his job. His stats are on par for his #s last season. I don't get the hate he receives from RM fans.

What's so full of *** in saying that he's having a hard time? Or that he does indeed lack technique and flair to excel La Liga? Or that he is anonymous for most of the games that is sometimes masked by a goal or an assist? Or the fact there really are strong rumours suggesting Bale's departure and the arrival of Reus who is the better player for a fifth of the cost?

None of what I said is outrageous or anything. I'm just calling a spade a spade.

Reus' overall game is better and he is less wasteful in general but Bale still has the stronger final third impact. When Reus moves to a better team and has more of the spotlight, you'll see how inconsistent he is.

Also, fifth of the cost? Reus is never gonna go for 20 million euros.

Edit: btw just as he doesn't have the technique of even a mid-level La Liga player, not even La Liga's elite defenders can cope with Bale's pace and physicality.

They've been coping just fine this season.

You didn't say he's having a hard time now, you said he was like this since he arrived, which is false and you didn't watch him last season to say such things.

And no, he performed well during the important parts of last season, especially the two finals. He was decisive in both + he performed better overall on the pitch that he is now.

So yeah, your previous post is full of sour bullshits, sorry.
